History buffs in Coos County? I came across an envelope with stamp, that has the return address of Coos County Institution. The cancellation of the stamp is dated 1941. It is an envelope addressed to H.A. Berger in New York. I'm selling it for $10. I'll pay for shipping. If anyone wants this email me at somo1@aol.com and I will forward a jpg image of the envelope for your consideration.
